Unfortunately, bananas are one of those things, like avocado and melon purees, that don't really keep and that you aren't supopse to freeze either. Bananas and avocados get ripe/brown too quickly to really save them. I am a mom that makes all of her own baby food for my daughter. She is 10 months old, and I have been making baby food since she was about 5 months old. One of her favorites is bananas. I have a little 3 cup food processor from Cuisanart. I looks for smaller bananas at the store, cut-up around a half to even all of it, depending on the size (just eat the leftovers yourself!), a throw it in the mini food processor with baby oatmeal and some breastmilk. She loves it. Like I said though, you can't keep it. But I still think it is something that is quick and easy to whip up!
