I want to get my nine year old into dance...but, I remember starting ballet in the fall and always doing a spring program. Is this still the case. She would like to start now...

Any suggestions for when and where in Olympia?

What can I do next?

Yes, that is the case as far as I know. There are summer classes offered. Our daughter attends Johansens school of Ballet. It is really good and the owners are the best! Bed has in the producer for the Nutcracker which is presented in Olympia everyear. Our daughter participated for the first time last year and it was a great experience. They are signing up now for the ones who are interested in a summer class. www.johansenschoolofballet.com
check it out.
They have great amount of student who have danced throughout their school years.

Debbie's Dance on Martin Way. They've been around for years. In fact, my daugher started dancing with them and I took a few adult classes with them too.

My daughter is 5 and we go to Debbie's Dance, you can start in Sept or January and they have a recital in June. We have lots of fun there and there are all types of dance to choose from as the years go on.
