After struggling to keep good babysitters on call, I joined a service here through Nannies & Housekeepers USA. Terra Godinez is my account representative. She is extremely sensitive to my desire for consistency in sitters. We came up with 3 sitters whom I approved to rotate in for me so my husband and I can have a date night. On occasion we use the service for odd nights and sometimes get one of the non-regular sitters....but even then I have been completely satisfied. Terra e-mails me their resumes ahead of time which I like to review even though the agency does the background checks. On only one occasion was I concerned because the sitter did not have a lengthy local history...Terra responded by sending me someone else. Try calling Shamrock Sitters, they are FANTASTIC!! I use them often and the sitters are great and my child has the best time when they come over! Good luck, and welcome to Las Vegas :)

I'm still pretty new to Vegas too, but I understand that GoNannies.com, and Nannies4hire.com are companies that offer nannies with background checks, etc. I'm sure you can always go to Google.com and type in Nanny Services in Las Vegas and you'll probably get several companies you can check out.
