My daughter was on Nutramigen too...never had that problem. I would call her Doctor tomorrrow. I don't think poop is supposed to be that color. I know it can be ALOT of colors with kids...but I don't think I'd be comfortable with that color.
My baby girl is 16 weeks old and is formula fed as wouldn't take the breast, she has milk allergy so is on nutramigen her poo has been grey/blue for last few weeks is this normal?

My daughter was on the same thing and I don't remember it blue but she stayed constipated (even on the nutramigen) and when she finally did poop it was slimy and smelled awful. Id check with the pedi just to be sure.
That is not a normal color for poop. I know baby poo can come in a wide variety of colors (my daughter had flourescent green poo once and the Dr said that was "normal"), but blue/grey is not one of them. Please call your Dr, and save a diaper (or two) to bring with you so they can see the color and let you know if it is normal or if they need to do tests.
Goog luck. Let us know how it goes.

My son was on Nutramigen as an infant - never had that color poo. I would call the Dr. - it can't hurt.
