Look for clearanced real baby boy clothes for the size of doll. My son used to have a baby doll that could wear 4-6 mo clothing.
So my 23 mo old little boys just got a baby doll today. First, let me say my husband was not very happy about this because it is not a "boy" toy. Well when he say the doll today that is dressed in pink and purple with hearts all over it, lets just say he was not very happy with me. So my question is, does anyone know where you can get baby doll boy clothes? Thanks in advance!

Depending on the size of the doll, you could use preemie baby clothes. I have seen boy dolls at Toys R Us. Maybe, they have clothing there. Your husband is being ridiculous.

boy dolls are important as dolls teach and allow children to learn to nurturing behavior. all studies logitudinal and otherwise indicate that children playing with non-traditional toys are unaffected negatively.
In short, your son won't be gay or feminized for playing with a doll.
Best wishes!
I would use your sons' old baby clothes (if you still have them). It doesn't matter if they are stained or worn and your boys will love the fact that they sued to wear the clothes but are now big boys who get to take care of a baby themselves. If you don't have the baby clothes anymore, you can always go to the thrift store and buy some. They will be less expensive than doll clothes and less of a headache to find for boys.
It all depends on the type and size of doll he has but you can go to a local fabric store and they can tell you who makes doll clothes. Joanns has a list of customers who make certain things and share thier info with other customers. Or go on your local Criagslist and put in a request for someone who sews and makes doll clothes. A cute pair of denim shorts and a tshirt with a number might look more boyish and make your husband happier than pink and purple with hearts.
Cabbage Patch still makes boy dolls, and you can find doll clothes at walmart or toys r us, or target....I am not sure if they are Boy clothes specifically but I know they make primary colored clothes, my daughter got a cute little unisex red jumper with a solid colored t shirt to go under it as doll clothes that I think something along those lines would work.
They do sell boy dolls. I had one when I was little. I still have it actually, his name is 'Roy'.
I would look on e-bay.
What size is the doll? The American Girl company has a Bitty Baby boy doll - about 14", I think - and you can find clothes for him on eBay. The doll will look more like a boy toy when he has the appropriate outfits!
