J.S.
There are a ton of themes. Usually people choose whatever the child is into. Blues clues, trains, sports, Dinosaurs are usual little guy themes. On guests family and friends, however many would like to come BUT have them RSVP. That way you know how few or many people and kids to expect. For toys little people are awesome, B.C. Builders are great too, Thomas the train, and Duplo. All of those can be easily disinfected and they can get passed down to any other siblings he may have. On the location I'm sorry that is a trashy place. If it's all about the food then the woman would be dressed with some class but they are NOT about the food. You have to decide what is and not appropriate but there wil never be a day when I'll tell my son or daughter that places like that are ok. I have no idea why anyone would think this is a good place for a childs birthday party when there are so many other places that are appropriate. Your house, friends house, or another family members house, the playground, a picnic at the lake, the list goes on and on. Why you would consider about a place like that is honestly beyond me. I'm not trying to be mean or anything to you but thats a really bad idea in my opinion.
