It's been a while for me...but...how long does baby acne stay around?

My children's doctor recommended putting Aquafor on the babies face. I know this sounds horrible and you'd think it would do more clogging of the pores than healing but somehow it worked with all three of my children. Put it on at night and beware it transfer onto jammies and sheets, but the extra laundry is well worth it. Good Luck!
My sons went away after a couple of weeks. Avoid overcleaning, but do clean it.
My younger daughter had AWFUL baby acne - it went away at about 3 months. Up until then I had to put up with people looking at her and saying, "Oh!... That's a baby!" (because she looked absolutely hideous, poor little thing). Fortunately it cleared up and she became adorable. Hang in there!
Our perfect baby turned into little baby pizza face, and I was dismayed to read that baby acne could last for something like six months. I don't remember how long it took to completely go away, but it was only bad for a few weeks, so really not long at all.
