Write I am amazed how few people know the no call list does not apply to political calls. I found that out in 2008 when I asked why the were ignoring the no call list. :(
I have had 10 calls so far today and it's only 1:00 p.m. The calls start at 8 a.m. and don't stop until 9 p.m. I'm not a member of any kind of political organization. I'm just a registered voter who rarely misses an election to vote. Is this happening to you ladies too? It is so annoying!

You likely filled in your phone number on your vote registration card. I did campaign work years ago and we used the phone numbers from registered voters who included their phone numbers on the registration cards.
No, because we are on the "Do Not Call" list. Good luck.
ugh. No thank goodness.
no, i only have a cell phone. You can put yourself on the national do not call registry
Ugh - it'll end when you primary is over. This rarely happens in my state because no one cares about us in federal elections and we had the same senators for decades. I got a small taste of this during the Scott Brown/Martha Coakley election once the tea party started backing Brown. We'll probably get bombarded later in the year with Brown vs. Warren for Senate.
M.:
I get phone calls - however - I am NOT bombarded with them.
You can put yourself on the National Do NOT call list/registry - by going here:

I wouldn't say I'm being "bombarded"....I get a few here and there.
There's usually pretty short when I state that I'm "very likely" to vote Democratic in the next Presidential election.
I have been registered for 20 years and we get them every few days.
