Anyone with ADHD and Is pregnant-PLEASE HELP

I have ADHD and found out I am pregnant. Is there any out there that can advise on this? I, of course, discontinued methylphenidate, but am having a hard time with paperwork at my job. Does anyone have tips on how to cope or know of safe alternatives? I love my job and don't want anyone to notice the amount of errors and difficulties I have.

What can I do next?

eHi D.,

I am a wellness consultant and have some great ideas to help balance your body to correct your situation.

I see the change in many with ADD and other challenges we are faced with today. One of the nurses that works with the same company I do also sees the changes and we are excited to share.

If you are interested let me know.

Happy Pregnancy.

Check out the health food store. There are alot of products that are great for ADHD. Mainly Omega oils which are good for pregnancy too.

What did you ob/gyn recommend? I'm sure he/she can help you find an alternative that will work so please talk to them or an advice nurse. But, while you may want to keep your ADHD under wraps at work, you may need to tell your boss as a means to explain any issues. Let them know that things may take you a bit longer to get done & ask for their patience. I did brief search of ADHD & the ADA. You may know this already but it seems that ADHD may or may not fall under the ADA. I suggest you do a bigger search yourself, talk w/you supervisors & the HR department (if there is one) & go from there. Best of luck!
