Anyone Order from Chadwick's?

I've ordered from Chadwick's some time ago, but found the experience to be a pleasant one.

I order all my clothes through catalog. I just recently started trying Chadwicks. I bought 2 shirts that I kept and a dress that I returned, I did not like the fit. What I like about their website, that I haven't seen in other websites is that there are customer reviews. If you click on it, other people give you their opinion on how the clothes fit and look. If I would have done that with the dress I probably wouldn't haven't ordered it. I order from Newport-News, everything I order fits me perfectly.

I have ordered quite a few things from Chadwick's. I love them! I recently ordered a pair of black pants in tall (I am 6'2") and they were actually longer than I thought they would be. The pants were not true to size, but instead of sending the pants back, I just had them taken in around the waist and sides. Check out the customer reviews online, too.

I do, I do! I have ordered from them for years. They are very true to size, and I've rarely had problems. I've only sent something back like two times (but that's over a span of like 10 years that I've been ordering). I highly recommend Chadwicks! They great thing is, they're great clothes, and not everyone else is wearing it. =)

I've ordered from there tons of times. I'd be willing to bet 1/3 of my work clothes are from there. Just be sure you check their size chart and you should be good to go

My mother has always ordered from them. I have gotten several things from there as gifts from her. I love Chadwicks!

I used to order from them all the time. They have changed things since. I have actually been disappointed in the last several purchases due to poor customer service and poor quality of merchandise. I have the same comments to say about the other sites they are connected to: Jessica London and Brylane. However, this does not mean you will have the same experience. I received a recent catalog and even the models were changed so they may have upgraded recently. I would call and ask about the sizing to make sure you get a skirt that will fit. I found the clothes were on the small side. One thing I would warn against though is getting their credit card. I have had the worst service with that and am fighting them about late fees and reporting because I never got the bill even though I was supposed to receive notices via email, could not get into the credit card website and was not told I could make a payment on the phone.
