Trinity on this board sells them. :) Might save you some time and headache to just buy 'em. :)
I have recently tried to become crafty in an effort to save money. I just have a question...I can make the hair bows, but is there something that you spray to make the ribbon stiff? I bought this stuff called stiffy, but the directions seem way to complicated, it says soak the ribbon, hang it to dry for 45 mins then make the bow. I just thought there was an easier way. Maybe some spray stiffner...do any of you know what I am talking about? Thanks so much!;)

I always used ribbon that had a little wire in it.
Also, those knee highs that come in the tiny plastic container like you get out of a gumball machine...they cost about 33 cents... are the perfect headband if your girls still wear the headband bows...
Good luck...
Stiffen Stuff you can buy it at Hobby Lobby or Michaels. You just Spray it on and done.

Yes, I bought some stiffener by Aleene's. I can't remember the name of it. And it does work! Kudos to you for making them. They really are easy once you get the hang of it. And you can save big bucks too :)
Hi S.,
I'm the T. April was talking about. Yes, I make custom bows. I've never sprayed anything on mine, but I think ironing starch will probably do the trick. If you or anyone else is interested, my site is www.thepamperedpea.net. I don't have any pics up yet, but feel free to email and I can show you some. Thanks!
Q-T Bows Missy Tucker out of Rowlett sells really cute bows. Not expensive! www.qtbows.com ###-###-####
You can always try heavy spray starch, that may do the trick and dry quicker. Use grosgrain ribbon, it's the best to work with and has a stiffer texture than the satin ribbons out there.
