I just moved to Rockwall and my landlord was telling me about the fabulous place here for girls called Harbor Girl...kind of like Luby Lou at Northpark. However, I've done an extensive search on the web but cannot locate it. I went to the Rockwall Taste and Trade in the spring and picked up one of her business cards and the web site says www.harborgirl.com but I can't get it to go anywhere. My daughter is turning 9 on Monday and I thought this would be a great place to take her and her sister for the birthday. Can anyone tell me how to find it?

I haven't heard of Harbor Girl, but I am the district manager for Justice-just for girls. We do Shine parties! We do hair, makeup, nails, and ohter fun things with the girls. I am fairly sure that Harbor Girl is located at The Harbor on Summerlee near the AMC movie theatre.
Harbor Girl is located in the Harbor project down by the movie theater. It looks really neat, but I have boys. I am sure that you can call information and then call them.
Harbor Girl is down in the Marina area around the fountains and new theater. I don't remember exactly where, but we stumbled on it while browsing around near the Cold Stone Creamery down there. It is new so I'm not surprused you can't find a phone number. We went in and it is a cool place and does do birthday dress up/make up/ craft making parties for girls. My girls (11 and 10) loved the place and found quite a lot they wanted. The lady who ownes it with her cousin - if I remember correctly - was very nice. The clothes are a bit expensive, but she has some really nice stuff.
