Anyone Having Any Experience with Angie's List??

We have been members of Angie's List for several years - we think it's a fantastic service and have had nothing but good experiences with everyone we've hired. Their customer service team (both national and regional) is also wonderfully responsive. I can't say enough good things!

I haven't used Angie's List, but I have a friend that uses it for everything. Anytime she has any work done around the house, she goes through Angie's List, and she has always been pleased.

We used Angie's list when our furnace quit. First I called a place that both sells and repairs furnaces. He said we needed to replace the furnace. Then I called someone from Angie's list. He fixed the furnace for a very low price.

Love it! We remodeled our previous house and now this one using it and haven't been disappointed once. It's our first go to when we need a service. They will hound you for rviews, but that's how they keep the list going - and they make it easy for you to review or add a company.

we signed up for Angie's list, and ended up doing better with Service Magic.

As far as I know we ended up renewing automatically. This reminds me I have to bug my husband to cancel his subscription. As far as I know he never used it. I don't know all the details, but I do know he found Service Magic more convenient and better.

We have used Angie's List for plumbers and carpet cleaners, gutter installation, landscaping, and interior design. We have been pleased with the recommendations. We live in the Austin/Round Rock area, so lots to choose from.

I have been pleased with service people I have been hired from Angie's list. The reviews are good but beware, they hound you via phone for reviews of anyone you've ever clicked on and sometimes people you've already reviewed.

It really depends on where you live. Those with higher populations have more and better reviews, just because there are so many to do it.
