If you give me an idea of what you're looking for I can send some your way-- i.e., meat and potatoes, vegetarian, low-fat, casserole, beef, chicken, soup, bread..... give me some ideas and I can send some recipes--- I have tons. One I just made recently sounds weird but is really good (meaning my husband, my 3 year old, and I all liked it!). You mix ground beef (though you could use those Boca Bits if you want vegetarian, or leave out the meat) with a can each of garbanzo beans, kidney beans, and limas (you can substitute any beans here). You add some spices-- cinnamon, cloves, allspice (sounds gross but is good!). Then you layer that mixture with sliced sweet potatoes in a 9x13 pan, throw it in the oven, covered, for about an hour to 90 minutes, and you're done.
I like vegweb.com for some cool healthy recipes. If you want something like lasagna, I have the best recipe!!.. let me know.

I agree that the best recipes are on recipezaar.com. Do a search for soup, chicken, pork chops, or whatever you are in the mood for then sort by rating so that you can see what everyone else is rating the highest. I have tried hundreds of recipes from this site and there have been very few that I have choosen not to make a second or third time. A couple other sites that I like are allrecipes.com and bigoven.com.
Try allrecipes.com, I have several recipes of mine posted there, and they tell you how long and how hard or easy something is to make. Great site. You can even join for free.
I have found some of the best recipes I've ever tried on www.recipezaar.com. What I like about it is that I can search for meals based on what I have in the fridge. Last night I was looking for a recipe for crock pot pork roast and found several to try that contained ingredients I already had on hand. It also gives you nutritional values for each meal and you can change the servings to suit your needs. Many of the recipes on this site have become family staples. Their tomato basil soup recipe is to die for (tastes better than La Madeline's) and there are several chicken casseroles that my whole family loves. There's also a parmesan baked fish that even my 5 and 3 year olds eat very enthusiastically.
Hope this helps.

I subscribed to Rachael's Ray's magazine for one year and got a lot of good, easy recipes, plus I learned so much too.
Jill (and any others who might be interested)--
I sell a product called Homemade Gourmet. Basically what it is are mixes that you just have to add a few ingredients to and you get a delicious meal to put on your dinner table. It's fast and it's easy!
Tonight I'm making Taco Soup--all you have to do is take cooked hamburger meat, add 1 can of Pinto Beans, 1 can of Diced Tomatoes, 1 can of Green chilies, 1 Can of corn and the Taco Soup seasoning packet--let it simmer for 20 mins and you are done! Your family will think you slaved over it for hours and it's AWESOME! I do MOST of my cooking in the crockpot with these mixes and just LOVE it! I have a 10 month old so preparing a meal in the kitchen for an hour or more isn't gonna happen! LOL You can visit the website too:

I'd be glad to answer any questions you may have about it! Good luck with those meals!
