try some pomade. it smoothes away the fly aways really well. i have curly frizzy hair.
Hi Moms!
About 3-6 weeks after the birth of my son (12/07), my naturally curly hair started to slowly become straight/wavy. (I asked about it back then.) I gave birth to my new baby girl three weeks ago, and I have been hoping that my curly hair will return-- although I know this is not likely. So, I am wondering if you would recommend any products for fly away/unruly hair??? My hair has been really aggravating me, and I just do not know what to use on it. It was actually a lot easier to take care of my ringlets! I have tried several products, but nothing has helped. I use a diffuser on it and also a flat iron... Thanks!

This isn't a styling product, but it works well when my girls and I are out and about...I keep a dryer sheet in my purse...run it lightly over your hair, and it tames flyaways instantly...

I completely understand the flyaways! My daughter has this terribly! You should "SILK THERAPY" in the BIOSILK line. BIOSILK is mfg. by FAROUK SYSTEMS USA (reading it off the bottle). It is absolutely wonderful! It takes a very small amount! It can be applied on wet or dry hair or even skin. I have never used it on wet hair but I love it for my daughter's dry hair. You can find the BIOSILK brand at many salons. I was in the JC Penney catalog dept. last night and saw a large display of it outside their salon.
Hope this helps!!

I love the Dove anti-frizz shampoo and conditioner. After that, I use John Frieda Weather Works Weather-Proofing Style Sealant Creme. If I want to go curly I then use Catwalk Curls Rock.
I suggest you only use shampoo on your hair once a week. Otherwise, just put in conditioner and rinse out (this is called co-washing). Only comb/brush your hair when wet if you are wearing it wavy.
You can teach your hair to curl better. After applying the products, take little sections and curl them into spirals and let dry naturally. Once dry, shake out with fingers.
I hope this helps!
i use an oil, most every brand has one. just use a tiny bit on wet hair before you blow dry and then for those little flyaways after you dry
My hair is mostly straight naturally but I flat iron it every morning to get the overnight wave out. I still get little flyaways around my hairline and for that I use clear mascara. I just comb it on and smooth it down and it keeps those wispies in place. I keep a tube in my purse too for touch-ups throughout the day if needed. As for all over fly-aways, the other moms seem to have some great advice.
Best of luck!
