I need advice desperately, because I'm really obsessing about being pregnant. I know it's ridiculous to get pregnant with Nexplanon, but my body lately is really strange.
I had my second implant inserted in August, so I've had the implant for almost 4 years. I know it's inserted correctly, because I can feel it under the skin the way I supposed to. I know the implant can produce pregnancy symptoms, but...
So I have been having weak periods every other months. If pregnant, I know I would be about 9 weeks because bf has gone away for work (7 weeks since having sex).
I don't have common symptoms, but I have the below in order of appearance:
Sore nipples for a little while in the first week, but it's gone.
Cold-like symptoms and very emotional in the 2nd & 3rd week.
Week 3 &4 &5 daily spotting (3 weeks!!). I know implantation is only supposed to last 2 to 3 days though, but who knows what the implant does to me.
Headaches.
Emotional.
Not constipation, in fact, I go more than I should in the past week or two.
Flatulence for about 2 weeks now.
Burping for about 1 week now and getting worse.
Lots of stomach noises and bubbling.
Slight nausea started a couple of days ago.
Headache again.
Palpitations - started recently.
9 definitely negative hpt (I did say that I'm a bit OCD about it!)
A bump: not the baby type of hard bump, but I'm really bloated and feel like my intestines are in my throat, especially after eating. I noticed it about a week ago. I am 5'7" & 145 lbs, just a little fat at the belly button. But even with that fat, my belly is bigger than usual. If I'm really trying, I can pull it in though, mostly. The bump is biggest just below the belly button where the fat sits. No hard lump below that point, but my "bump" is relatively firm under the fat layer :P
So please someone tell me I'm overreacting. Obviously, having the implant I'm not trying to get pregnant, but if I were, I would want to keep the baby and get the implant removed right away.
Any advice all you lovell ladies? Sorry for the long story.
I suppose I do need to get it through my head that 9 negatives won't lie. I know it's an annoying question so I really appreciate your patient replies.
If I do turn out to be pregnant, I will update again.
Thanks again x

So you know that the implant can produce pregnancy symptoms, and you've peed on a stick nine times and gotten nine negatives?
I'm no doctor, but I would say that you're not likely not pregnant. Sounds more like you may have a GI bug.
But if you're that worried, go to the doctor.

Oh no, the Mamapedia moms' favorite question.
Be forewarned, people on this site aren't a fan of this question. That's what doctors and pregnancy tests are for. We are usually pretty helpful about other matters, though, so don't be turned off by your responses to this one question.

IF you do, in fact, live in the 'great falls' area, it is a pretty affluent one.
I would suggest calling your OB/GYN for an appointment to figure this out.
I actually KNOW several who potentially are your neighbors!
Best!

Go to the Dr. and get a definitive answer.
We have no idea if you're pregnant or not... We're not Dr's and we don't know your medical history.
Your Dr can help you with your medical questions.

Dear N.,
Please go to the doctor. Many of these symptoms are symptoms of cervical and ovarian cancer. You need answers - none of these things are normal.
I used to live near you - in fact my in-laws are on Seneca Road. LMK if you need some good ob/gyn referrals nearby.

I think if 9 tests have said you're not, and you're still having all these symptoms, it's time to see a doctor hon. Sorry, I don't have any better advice for you.
I had the same feeling - lots of symptoms, too many to be coincidence. I just "knew" I was. So I bought a test. What I told myself was, if it's negative, I HAVE to see a doctor. Luckily mine was positive (although, come to think of it, a positive meant a doctor's visit too! Lol). But it's time for you to see a dr. Good luck.

A lot of other things can cause those symptoms, like a GI issue as Fuzzy said, ovarian cysts, reflux, etc. It sounds like you are not pregnant but could benefit from a trip to the doctor. Unfortunately, pregnancy symptoms line right up with the symptoms for about a zillion other things, including worrying about being pregnant!!
