AF Postpartum Question

This is a TMI question ab AF so if you don't wanna go down that path avert now.
I am 33 years old and healthy & 13 weeks postpartum with my fifth baby girl. I breast feed full-time. With all my other babies I began my period after I introduced food ab 6-7 months. Last week I started spotting after exercise a couple days. I called my midwife a bit after and she said that if I continued to spot after exercise she'd want to see me. And then two days ago I began bleeding full time like a period. All this is weird esp since normally exercise lightens my periodd and I've never gotten AF back sooner than 6 months when nursing. I'm not looking for medical advice cuz Obviously if this goes longer than a period I'll see my doc but I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar experience.

What can I do next?

with my first I had a normal period after 6 weeks.. with my second.. I had a normal period after 6 months.

my first wasn't a big eater-- so maybe she didn't nurse enough to keep the hormones low to keep the periods away..

both 6 weeks and 6 months are normal to get get a period..

My period returned at 4 months with my first two and at 6 months with my third. All were exclusively breastfed. Every pregnancy and post-pardum is unique.

I exclusively nursed my Dd and got my period back after 4 weeks. I was so sad that I got jipped out of that little breastfeeding perk! Lol.

Also, my periods were pretty heavy, and lasted a couple days longer than my pre-pregnancy periods.

So, go ahead and see your midwife... But don't worry too much. Every pregnancy is different! ;)

My sister has 4 kids and AF came back earlier with each one. Her last one she had it back 4 weeks PP even though she was nursing...
With my first I didn't get it back until after I night-weaned... well after a year PP. Yay!
