My son has ADHD and he takes pills and It does not work, We try and ask my doctor but he gives us pills and we tell him they do not work but he says keep on using them. Then After using the pills so many times he passes out because an overdose. So I need ideas for help? I need them quick and fast.

You need to get a second opinion from another doctor.
Get a second opinion and find a doctor who specializes in ADHD like a developmental pediatrician or child psychologist. Also make sure there are no medical issues that could be the reason for the ADHD. Lots of things cause it like sleep apnea, hearing loss just to name a few. ADHD meds should work quickly so if there is no benefit then they don't work for your son. Good luck
Have your child tested for learning disabilities (a pycho-education evaluation). My son also has ADHD and started on meds in 3rd grade. Although his behavior still improved somewhat, he still struggled in school. Finally, his 6th grade teacher suggested ed testing. Turns out, he has several areas of learning disability (don't be confused between intelligence and learning disability -- my son is smart, but there are some underlying issues that make it very difficult for him to process information in school).
