I like the 10 minute solutions series. This way I can patch together my own workout depending in my mood and how much time I have.
I am looking for a good Yoga DVD.I used to go to yoga in the past, but now with kids and everything I really can't afford to go to a yoga class, which is what I really want to do. I have had back pain for years and really want to find a good yoga DVD that is not too long. SUggestions would be great!

A good chiropractor could help alleviate and eliminate back pain. I had horrible back pain with my 2nd pg and that completely saved me. If i have minor pains now, I go and it leaves.
I had horrible knee pain (left knee) for years and had no idea what was going on. If I stood or walked a long time, my knees would throb. My husband thought that was strange as I was a very young person (mid-late 20s). It wasn't till my mid 30s that I discovered the problem. The chiropractor said my hip/leg was not aligned right, so my left foot instead of facing straight, was aimed left (so the muscles in my knees were strained). She fixed it in 1 session. I never had knee pain again.
Upper Body Yoga for Beginners with Rodney Yee. I have this on VHS, (well, I did until the VCR ate it...grrrr) and I really need to get it on DVD. I have terrible back pain, but this workout helps so much. It's about 20 minutes and isn't as intensive as some of the others I've tried. Another thing I like about Rodney Yee is his voice. It's calming and relaxing as opposed to the high-pitched or overly excited voices of some of the women instructors.
I do agree that a good chiropractor can work miracles, but even 3-4 yoga workouts per week can help maintain those miracles and minimize your visits to the chiropractor.
Nothing will run you down faster than chronic pain and finding a way to alleviate it will make all aspects of your life run smoother.
