Hi All Moms!!

I started buying GoGurt for my 1 year old but when I tired to give it to her She would grab and Squeeze the tube causing a total mess. Then one day I took the box and froze the tubes of GoGurt. And tried it that way, and its awesome, she can hold it herself. its a nice frozen treat and she thinks she is getting a treat!! Oh and her big brothers( 15, 16) love to as well, as do I!!

We did that accidentally... Threw box in freezer.

I have also taken reg. yogurt (not sweetened candy style), mixed in fruit, put a slit in plastic lid, and slipped wood craft stick through/into yogurt. Then freeze. When my daughter wanted one (rarely ever....she doesn't like sweet foods.), I warmed the cup under the faucet with hot water and slipped off the cup. She had an instant drip catcher and a healthy treat.

It was too bad that she doesn't like sweet. I'm not complaining. Honest.

Great idea, thanks we will do that a lot this summer. There was something similar to that (but not as quick) in the parents magazine recently. It was yogurt and mixed berries frozen in Popsicle trays...if you want to add some fruit to it.

Good tip! I've avoided the gogurts so far because of the mess they make. This will avoid that.

Just watch her closely for awhile yet. If she bites a good sized piece off she could choke.
I prefere GoGurts because they can be stored in the freezer and taken out to eat as needed.
My son always had trouble losing half of his yougurt in the bottom of the tube so I would roll the bottom and hold it with a clothes pin.
