Go to the ER and call your doctor ASAP.
What do I do if I bleed bright red and had a blood clot the size of my index finger
Go to the ER and call your doctor ASAP.
Call your doctor and ask for an ultrasound. Everything may be fine, but that's something you always communicate to your doctor first!
Bright red blood is not the norm, I would get checked out, now.
Did you call your doctor?

Call your dr. RIGHT NOW. They will probably tell you to go to the ER or local walk in.
I second Charice C..."Call your doctor right away and get in bed and lay down. Only get up to go to the bathroom until you hear from him or her."
I had this twice during my pregnancy, once at 10 weeks and once at 5 months along. This was the advice I was given over the phone by the nurse until I could get an appointment with the doctor, which was later the same day. I was frantic, but they told me that this was common and not to worry. You must have it checked out, though. For me, they did an ultrasound. I have no idea whether this will turn out to be the same for you, but I was diagnosed with marginal placenta previa (placenta partially covering the birth canal). It's a complication of pregnancy, but things were fine and I have a beautiful, healthy 2-year-old.
call your OB on the way to their office
You should see your doctor right away.
Call your doctor immediately....
Yes, get some kind of medical help ASAP.
Good luck! Hope everything is ok with Baby.....

I hope you called your doctor! Bleeding and clots are not good. Even if there is not a real problem, this is something you should see your doctor about, just to be sure.
that happened to me during my first pregnancy and everything was ok. DO GO to the doctor or ER, but don't panick. Take care.
I also wanted to say that when that happened I was under a lot of stress and we were moving. I was lifting heavy boxes, cleaning and all that. Not sure if you're in the same situation, but do take it easy.
Call your OBGYN or get to the ER to be checked out.
You should be going to the ER not asking us what to do honey!

Always call your doctor when you have questions! They are available for you to call when you are in need! They will let you know what to do!
Call your doctor right away and get in bed and lay down. Only get up to go to the bathroom until you hear from him or her.
