This definately sounds like puberty. However, I would ask the pediatrician if they think it is to early for your daughter. I've just gone through this with my 8 year old, and while some girls develop early, my pedi wanted to be sure, and we did a bone age - revealing significantly advanced bone age. We've now been to a pediatric endicrinologist, and she has been diagnosed with central precocious puberty. the good news is that is can be dealt with, and in a few weeks she starts her treatments to delay puberty - allowing her chronological age to catch up wtih her bone age (and allowing her to continue to grow). Never thought that those breast buds would have been such a worry, but I'm very glad that I talked to the doctor. The tests also revealed an issue with her thyroid that we wouldn't have caught until much later, so it was worth asking the questions. Good luck!
