This is my second "official" pregnancy and I think I'm already starting to show and my pants are starting to get tight in the waist! Has this happened to anyone else before? Just curious!
Oh yeah! With my second, I was visibly pregnant by 10 weeks. In mat clothes from week 6. The second (and +) time around is a lot different!
With my first 4 i started to show quickly. With my 1 yo DD I didnt show until I was 7 months. All throughout my preg I still wore me regular clothes. Up until I had her... it was crazy.
Things aren't as tight down there as they once were! Welcome to Baby #2!! ;) It's fine though, just expect the normal rude comments from people who don't have a clue...things like, oh you're only 7 weeks, you're baby will be so big! Or are you sure there's only 1 in there...hahaha!?! That was personal favorite! People suck. But congrats to you!!!
Oh yeah! My husband teases me that as soon as the pregnancy test shows positive, my stomach pops out :) Congrats on your pregnancy!
Several of my friends have mentioned that they show much earlier the 2nd time around! Not sure why, but it seems to be the trend!
Yep! You show much faster with the second pregnancy.
Oh yeah, second I wasn't fitting anything very early on. My third I was in maternity pants by 8 weeks! Your body knows what it's doing so it's quick to get there ;)
I was in maternity pants during my 5th week in my 2nd pregnancy. :-)
Yes. :) Some of it was bloating for me, but not all. Your body has already stretched out so it is ready to go!
As my doctor said you are just stretched out down there after the first one so the second shows much faster. It happened to me. I found out I was preggo on December 26th and went to an out of town wedding the 6th of Jan. I had a feeling something was going to happen so I brought both types of clothes.. Friday I was in normal clothes and Saturday I was in maternity clothes. It just comes with the territory. Congrats on the second baby!!
7 weeks sounds pretty early to me, but it does happen sooner... in my 2nd pregnancy, at 3 months I was bigger than I was at 4.5 months in my 1st pregnancy.
I asked this same question about two months ago. I'm 12 weeks pregnant with my second pregnancy, and by the time I was 4.5 weeks along, I could no longer fit into my regular pants. By 6 weeks, my coworkers were asking my friend if I was pregnant. So, yes, it's very possible!
If you're thin like me, then you will show early. : )
yes, but its more likely that you are experiencing bowel distention (from constipation).
I did on my second too and it was about 13 years apart. But a lot of my nieces still didn't show until the end I don't think anyone does the same thing.
I started showing almost immediately with my second pregnancy. By the time I was 3 1/2 months I looked 6 months. I wouldn't worry. Who knows though, you could be carrying twins. Congratulations and God Bless.
