Amlactin. It's what I use for terrible KP and it works so well. It's a little stinky, but only for a moment. And it's not very expensive at all.
My 4 year old has KP and it's not an issue at all but in the winter her skin becomes super dry and itchy. When she really scratches, I will use a little hydrocortosone cream but in general, she it itchy all over and I can't use too much HC cream. Any suggestions on other creams that will aliviate the itching keeping in mind that she is 4?
Thanks!

You could try aveeno lotions and bath oatmeal. The heat in the house could be drying the air, you could try using a humidifier to moisten the air.
I love CereVe. Also, limit baths to maybe 2 times a week.
Aqua Glycolic is what our derm. recommended for my son's KP.
Have you tried Gold Bond medicated lotion?
