4 Year Old Son Puking for 5 Days. Around Same Time Every Night

My son threw up on Wednesday around 4pm. Was super tired afterward and fell asleep. Then went to bed with no issues. Was fine all day Thursday and Friday had his 4th birthday party and threw up again about 730 PM and fell asleep. Saturday, he was fine until about 4pm and threw up again. And again super lethargic. And again today, was fine and playing all day then started throwing up around 430pm and has been on and off sleeping and also throwing up in between.

What can I do next?

Make an appointment for him to see his pediatrician right away.
Since it seems to happen at the same time every afternoon, I was thinking it might be that he's allergic or intolerant to something he's eaten like cheese, milk etc.
He could have a stomach bug. Just please see his Dr. right away.
In the meantime, give him plenty of fluids like broth, water & possibly a few crackers if his stomach can tolerate it.

After 4 days it's time to see a doctor.
Keep his fluids up - little sips at a time.
Water, ginger ale, clear soup broth, Pedialyte, etc.
At this point - even if he's feeling fine - go easy on the solid food and just make sure he gets his fluids.

There are a million reasons for this. I agree with the responses below that you should see the pediatrician (and you could easily have called over the weekend - there's a 24 hour advice line). Ginger ale, popsicles, chicken broth, maybe jello, and some Pedialyte for electrolytes - anything to keep him hydrated, but in very small amounts. No dairy, at all, no mater what he says. If he really wants to eat, you can try some cheerios or toast with a little jelly in extremely small doses and only if he has no thrown up for a while. Wait an hour after vomiting for liquids, and wait 3 hours before eatng solid food.

I see that he's okay during the day until mid-late afternoon, so he doesn't have some raging and horrible disease, but he's tired and running out of gas easily. If he has allergies, he may also have a ton of post nasal drip going into his stomach, and that can make kids nauseated at well. It may not be the entire reason, but it could be a contributing factor.

Call the pediatrician.

I’m sorry to be short, but honestly.

Take him in to be seen. It has been long enough that it's not normal.

welcome to mamapedia.

Your title makes it sounds like he's been vomiting for 5 days straight. He hasn't.

The lethargy is what would bother me. I know vomiting can take a lot out of you. But that would bother me.

I would get him to the doctor and have him checked out.

I actually did call our family doctor. She said it may be a virus. And to call on Monday for an appointment, which I already have and have an appointment scheduled for 940 this morning. Thanks for the concern though ladies.
