Don't worry, maybe your body got use to the last pregnancy and has adjusted. Not to worry, remember those last weeks, you will feel tired. Blessings and I wish you a very healthy baby to be. Have you spoken with your doc? If not, give a call and asked to been seen.

Blessings...

I had no symptoms of both my pregnancies until 5 1/2 weeks. That's when my nausea kicked in. Give it a little more time.

Relax. God created our bodies to do what is best. Creating a whole, healthy, person is a lot of work and a miracle. Sometimes, false starts happen or babies are taken to heaven that would live in a physical hell here. We are in a fallen world. So not all miracles will happen the way we want. If we didn't live in the world today with home pregnancy tests, most woman would never even know they had a miscarriage. Your worrying will NOT change the outcome. But it will make the days and weeks drag by.

Every pregnancy is different. I've had 3 children and all pregnancies were different. Totally sore breasts with the first one - not a single bit of soreness with the second one. Give it some time....you are very early in the process. If you have concerns, then make an appt with your doctor and get checked out. They can do a simple blood test to check hormone levels.

Out of every 144 conceptions 100 babies are born. Nature does away with the majority of unhealthy feotuses. One thing about young women, they will conceive again.
I tell you this because I miscarried more than once and have healthy children. Keep your chin up. You already have proven fertility.
