HI Kendra,
Try taking a clove of garlic and rubbing on the toes, also, if that is non-effective, try jalepeno's. Should work.

Okay...when a baby is 3 months or even up to a year, most people think it's cute they suck their toes. However, my daughter is 3 and has been BITING her toes/toe nails for close to 3 months now. I think it is so disgusting!! So many germs...eeew. How do I make her stop? Any and all advice would be appreciated.

my daughter used to chew on her fingers and toes when she was upset about something. when she someone was mad at her or that her father and i were upset with each other it got worse. maybe she is just doing it just to do it but there might be a bigger issue underneath.
I sure hope you didn't put the jalepenos on her toes as someone suggested. I see this post is really old but hope anyone else that reads it for advice knows that would be a bad idea. I use jalepenos that are pickled and fresh in my cooking and let me tell you they penetrate through my skin and burn! It can take awhile for it to go away. I am sorry but I was just shocked when I read that response. In my opinion it is not that big a deal to cause a child pain.
I have a friend that had a child that bit her toenails at that age and that was years ago...it was a phase and she stopped. :)
You can look at any of the stores in your area and one of them should have this product. Its a polish that you put on the nails that just taste nasty. We stopped our daughter from sucking her thumbs by putting bandaids on them. It worked. May that could work too on the toes. Good luck!
