I am in desparate need of a good childcare center that operates until around 12 midnight. My job is a 24 hour operation, I work for the police department, and I will soon be forced to work 3pm - 11pm and it doesn't help that I work the weekend as well. I don't have any family in the area so I'm really looking for quality childcare that can accomodate 3pm - 11pm 7 days a week. If anyone knows of a 24 hour childcare program, please let me know, thanks.
you might try craigslist, there tends to be a variety of in-home providers that offer late night care.
The Disney YMCA childcare centers offer extended hours and I THINK one of them may be 24 hours. They are aimed at cast members but I know they do have spots open for non-cast members too. One is located off 192 near Animal Kingdom, and the other is off 535 near Downtown Disney.
You didn't say which city you live in and this forum tends to span quite a large area of Florida... if you are in the Orlando area, I know one- Sorry I don't know the name or anything about it, but it's on Bumby between Colonial and 408-- closer to 408-- if you are coming from Colonial, it's on your right (near Cumberland Farms) and you can see the chain link fence and playground out front

It is a provider search through the dept of children and families. Or you can try Kids and Company. It's on Curry Ford Rd. Also, there's Beatrice's Guardian Angels on Lancaster Rd. They are open until midnight. Anyways, good luck.

How are you doing? In your request, it does not state ball park area of where you are looking for care? Which police department do you work for? My husband is a first responder so I know how difficult it can be to find childcare for crazy hours.
