D..
I really think you need to be seen. This doesn't sound right...
Please call the doctor's office and let them know about this.

I am 22 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby and having some weird symptoms. Monday I woke up and had diarrhea. After that I started have a pain in the upper right side of my abdomen. I've pretty much had that pain every since. If I lay down it helps a lot and mostly goes away. I have also had a loss of appetite and just feel very worn out the past few days. now today I'm having some body aches and cramping in my lower back. I guess you could say I just feel off. The pains don't feel like contractions and I have my next doc appointment on Thursday so I'll talk to him about it then. So does this sound like anything any of you have experienced? It's making it pretty hard to do my everyday things feeling this crappy. :(
thanks for the advise ladies! After talking more with some friends it's probably gallstones. I haven't eaten much the past 2 days and now today I feel a lot better which would go along with my gallbladder calming down now. I will talk to my doc tomorrow.

Maybe you are sick with a bug?
I would call your Doctor, instead of waiting until Thursday.
I have no way of knowing what is going on with you. I can say that I had upper right sided pain when I was pregnant and the doctor told me that the baby was pushing against my gallbladder. I was further along than you are. I eventually had to get my gallbladder out. Your symptoms can be from anything, I would not want to make a guess or give you advise regarding what is causing the symptoms based on your post.
I think that you should call your doctor and just let him know that you are not feeling well, tell him what your symptoms are and let him decide whether or not he wants to see you early - why wait and spend the day worrying tomorrow.
I hope that you feel better
could just be a stomach bug.
Go to your doctors, always best to be checked out. When you are pregnant one rule you should live by BETTER SAFE!!!! If you do not know you go (go to docs!)
Call your doc but could be your gallbladder.
It could be many things
Could be gallbladder or a stomach bug.
Gallbladder problems often pop up during pregnancy.
Talk to your doctor about it soon as you can (sooner than next week).
You might be able to manage it by watching what you eat.
Keep your fluids up - you don't want to get dehydrated.
Water, Gatorade, tea, soup broth, ginger ale are all great.
Since this isn't the norm for your pregnancy you should call your doctor now rather than waiting until mentioning during the appointment in case he wants to see you sooner. Sometimes contractions don't feel like contractions.
I just had my gallbladder removed due to pain you are describing. Gallstones can often occur during pregnancy. I would call your dr. , just in case this is what's happening.
