22 Months and Teething

My daughter has been putting things in her mouth and chewing on them. Could she be teething. She is 22 months old. She did run a low grade temp last weekend but felt fine otherwise. Also for the past 4 days she has been quite cranky once we bring her home from daycare and sit her down to eat dinner. She would just start crying and sometimes wouldn't stop till 10 min later after we put her in her crib thinking maybe she was tired. Or she will start being fussy for no reason. Just wasn't sure if she was cutting more teeth. Any advise?

What can I do next?

Yes it very well could be teething. Those molars can be quite a bugger too! Cranky, whiny, low grade fever, drooling, not eating or sleeping well, soft stools and chewing stuff is some of the things that my boys did.
Some say that teething doesn't cause soft stools and low grade fever but I saw it in both of my children.
Would she be able to answer you if you asked her if her month hurt?

Could be her two year molars - might try some Oragel and some Tylenol. My son was fussy and always pulle don his ears when he was teething. I always thought it was an ear infection and wasted a couple of trips to the doctor! Hopefully she'll get relief soon!

Yep. Sounds like her second set of molars, which come in around that age.

Sounds like she could be... but it's debatable with many doctors that children run fevers when they teeth. The link is if the gums are swollen, if not, then the fever is from soemthing else.
