Children so often don't take our wishes into consideration when they start doing something. Obviously, your little girl is ready for either a toddler bed, or something is scaring her about being in her crib at night. Our little boy suffered from night terrors and we found out he was afraid of robots and monsters (we had to start monitoring the cartoons we allowed him to watch), so I gave him a stuffed dinosaur and convinced him that dinosaurs ate robots and monsters. It took a while, but he no longer suffers from night terrors. You can casually talk to your daughter and see what , if anything, scares her. If she doesn't have any fears, bite the bullet and get her a youth bed. You can get them with or without rails.
