Did you have a song that was played at your wedding or one that you both liked when you were dating? Pull up the lyrics to that song-that might give you some great ideas. For instance, I knew someone that had something engraved in the inside of their husband's wedding band. It said, "Truly, Madly, Deeply". How about some kind of phrase only the two of you would understand or a term of endearment of nickname that only you call your husband.
