Use a cool mist humidifier in her room at night. You can also turn on the shower, run it hot, close the bathroom door, and hold your daughter in the steamy bathroom for 15 minutes before bedtime. You might also want to prop her crib up by putting a wedge under the mattress. I remember being amazed at how long colds last in young children. Of course, it never hurts to give the pediatrician a call. Given that the fever is gone, I think it's unlikely she has a bacterial infection, but I am not a doc. Pediatricians expect to get these kinds of calls, and you should never hesitate to follow your instincts if they say, "Call the doc!" If nothing else, I'm sure you can speak to a nurse at the doc's office who can then advise you on what to do and whether to come in.
