What Were Things You Loved?

I was just wondering what things you loved to use with your kids. Like, what baby products you couldn't live without or what types of clothes you always bought, etc. I am just curious since there's such a broad market of baby items and I'm just trying to get some reviews. Thanks for any responses beforehand! For me, I really enjoyed using my Graco playpen thing. I never used the playpen part so much for my son. It mainly served as a toy bin, but I loved the diaper changing part of it. That was what I used to change diapers and it worked...

Playtex Drop-Ins System

With my 2 1/2 year old, we tried nearly every bottle on the market before he settled on the Avent bottles. They were great, but I'm thinking with the next one (due in a couple weeks), I would like to use the Playtex Drop-Ins. But my question is this... To those of you who have used these, how do you warm the milk or formula? Microwaving is always a no-no, and with the other bottles we've used, we heated the contents with a bottle warmer. These say not to put the bottle into a heat source. Do I have to heat it in a separate container...

Rash Around Mouth

OKAY...I need some help! Our 7 month old has a rash around her mouth...that is coming and going. We have taken her to the Doctor TWICE now! The first time we took her, the doctor gave us some Bactroban Cream that I put on 3 times a day right before her nap, and keep her Pacifier away until it clears up! Well, it worked! The rash went away...then about 2 weeks later it re-appeared! We went to the Doctor right away after that...and we came to the conclusion that it was probably her Pacifier...since we knew it wasn't a food allergy. The...

Soap for Cloth Diapers

I am swichting to cloth diapers at teh first of the month and am not sure what knid of ditergent i should be useing. I would really like something i can get at babies rus or teh grocery store. I am not a big fan of ordering on line. Also i need to swichts the wipes i am using too(huggies) to something less irritaing and don't know what to get. by the way i am swichting because of sever diaper rash that well not clear up for longer than a day. Any advice would be lovely A.

Cleaning Wipes for Breast/nipple and for Medela Pump Parts and Storage Bags

Hi, I'm stocking up for breastfeeding supplies and wanted to know... Do I have to use the cleansing pads specifically sold to clean your breast before breastfeeding or can I use baby wipes or other natural wipes instead? What about cleaning the Medela breast pump parts? They sell a specific wipe just for that too. Can I use something else?
