It's always darkest before dawn.
It always seems to get worse right before it gets better.
Hang in there. Just concentrate on putting one foot in front of the other.
Don't think too far ahead so you can feel less stress & anxiety.
Life is a long road/journey with twists, turns, ups & downs.
But remember while it can sometimes be so difficult, it is a beautiful thing.
Filled with amazing moments. Moments of supreme happiness, complete
& utter joy (like the birth of our kids), laughter, beauty (sunsets & animals), fun times (a party, camping or a fun trip somewhere).
Concentrate on the daily little things (laughter, kids' smiling faces, a
friendly hello from a stranger on the street).
It will somehow get better! Thinking of you. Hope the "better" comes
quickly for you!!!
