Bellagio,Wynn,Mandaly Bay,Caesars Palace, and Venetien are good. Paris Paris is good too. For the more "hip", you have Hard Rock and the Palms.
New York New York,MGM, Luxor, and Mirage are going to be your middle ground.New York New York may be a bit cheaper than the other mid grounds. Its in between mid and low.
The Rio has a great buffet but I wouldnt stay there. Circus Circus is probably the equivalent to a high rise motel 6, or Economy Lodge and I would NOT stay there unless you really have to. My favorite casino is Bellagio. Manadaly Bay has amazing rooms. Mirage has a "topless" adults only pool called Bare.
The hard Rock pool is the most fun I think, but that's because I go with girls and we alsways see soemone interesting(like Mark Wahlberg!).
Have fun! The best dance club is the Bank(used to be Light). It's in the Bellagio. The best shows are La Reve,O,and Zumanity.

I got married at Mandalay Bay and it is super nice. It is way on one end of the strip though. Long, long walk to everywhere. Jard Rock is way off the beaten path, not on the strip. We also have stayed at Paris, Paris and I would totally stay there again. It was a younger crowd, better places to eat, more accessable.

My sister got married at the Mandalay Bay. We stayed about 3 nights and had a wonderful time! The rooms were beautiful and the casino was great! There are some really great restaurants there too. They have 3 pools, a lazy river, and a simulated wave pool. Really cool.

Hi, I used to live in Vegas and my all time fave is the Venetian. It is beautiful inside and out and has a little river that runs through shops and restaurants. The ceiling is painted like the sky and it is in the middle of the strip. You can easity get to treasure island, etc from there.
I also like the Aladin, it had just opened when I was there. All the gals wear belly dancer uniforms and they have great shopping.
Mandalya bay is good too, ritzy, awsome spa but at the far south end of the strip so you would have to ride the monorail to get anywhere, at least when I was there.

The last few times I have been, my husband and I stayed at The MGM. It is a great casino/hotel and they have an awesome pool. It is a good mid priced hotel. You won't spend an arm and a leg, but it is still very nice. If you get chance to see a show see KA - it is a show that is at the MGM.
