We will move to Ridgewood next month. Our whole family are vegetarians. We eats tons of vegs everyweek. Is there any farmer's market or similar stores in the area that we can get fresh vegs with cheap price?

What can I do next?

I think there is a Whole Foods in Ridgewood, but they are exactly cheap. There is also a Fairway and Trader Joe's nearby in Paramus.

Good luck,
R.

Go to Meet Up.com, craigslist.org, the local newspaper's online parent or mom blog, etc for the area you're moving to, browse the internet for farmer's markets, NJ and go to yellow pages.com to find out if there is a food co-op, raw food group, market, natural foods store in the area.
Good luck with that. I just joined an organic produce co-op in my area (Houston, TX) and got the biggest box of food this week, and FRESH!
On another note, if you are interested in an opportunity for a home-based green business, please go to shoptoearth.net/deborahb, click on Green Mall to look over the 11000+ products and prices, then go to www.kachingkaching.com/deborahb to take the company tour. Click the Connect with me button if interested. I have openings for people on the east coast, specifically NJ.

Sorry, don't really have an answer to your question...just wanted to say I hope you enjoy Ridgewood - I lived there for 6 years as a kid and absolutely loved it! I seem to recall my mom taking me to a farmer's market-type place, but it was not in town. I'm sure things have changed alot though since we lived there...but it's still a great place to live :)
