Where is a good place to go with my hubby for a few days without kids? In early Dec.
That is a huge question. Ask yourself these questions.
What do you guys like to do?
Is costs a factor and how much?
Is there a place you guys want to see?
Something new you want to see, do?
Whatever you decide have fun!!
I'm not sure if you're into the outdoors or not, but a nice secluded cabin with a fire place would be nice. There's probably a state park near you that rents cabins for a fairly reasonable price.
I would do a bed & breakfast get away. I have never been but would like to do it, just to get away and relax.
If you don't mind the cold, I always love Chicago and NYC around that time. They are decorated for the holidays and shopping is always fun. If you want warm, Miami is actually pretty fun and might have nice weather. There's also New Orleans. Shouldn't be too cold, short flight and tons of fun stuff to do.
Hawaii or Mexico if that's closer to you. A resort?
