it's only good if you do it right! starving yourself doesn't work with any diet. you need to eat the snacks and extra food that the diet plan provides, not just drink the shakes. i lost 20 lbs on it a few years back and kept that off as long as i kept eating reasonably. true there is no magic pill (no matter what people tell works while they are sleeping LOL), and at the end of the day it's take less calories in and exert more calories thru exercise. that's what has always worked for me!

Slimquick was worthless for me as well! I didn't lose any weight and it made me feel funny. Prefectly good waste of money.

Worthless! To me, it was a HUGE waste of money. Though I'd love to have a pill to help me loose weight, the reality is that there is nothing that can to it like good old fashioned diet and exercise!
