I need help! I'm trying to find the perfect family-friendly restaurant for my son's fifth birthday (Who can't sit still while eating out)that isn't going to drive me crazy with a bunch of other kids around. I would like to sit down to eat instead of running around trying to round up my kids for dinner (I also have a one year old) but is still fun for my son. Also, he's an extremely picky eater!!!! Can anyone help? I live in Elk Grove, Ca.

If you want to stay in Elk Grove The Spaghetti Factory is very family friendly. Another idea is The Family Room now called Evan's Kitchen in east Sacramento. The web page is http://www.chefevan.com/menus/menu_children.aspx. It's fun. There's a kids'play area and the food is excellent. My daugher (age 4) likes Islands(on Bond by Cal Fit) too. Good luck!
have you tired pasgettis. I think they are in roseville. but i went there with my daughter and she loved it. they get a toy when they sit down plus if you eat outside theres bikes for them to ride. it's a little out of the way but really worth it. also try going to babyzone.com you can put in family restraunts in your area and a list of them will come up.

I have to kids that are picky eaters too. I would try Chick-Fil-a I have taken my kids there before and they actually ate everything even icecream. They also have a good selection of food for adults and they also have a good safe play area inside not outside so they can climb jump and run to their hearts content. I don't know about birthday partys there but if they don't do birthday parties you can eat there and go to a local park and let them play there. hope this helps good luck.
Incredible Johns Pizza in Roseville! It is really cool place for both Adults and kids! It has really good food too! My family loved it there, prices are not too bad either.
