We recently relocated to The Woodlands area. Are there any nondenominational, bible churches you would highly recommend? We have been to FOTW so I am aware of that church. I was hoping to find a church somewhat smaller but still focused on learning God's word. I am looking for a church with a great children's ministry as well. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I am not familiar with nondenominational in the area but I would love to have you come check out FBC the woodlands. It is a great church with a great children's program! We have been there 11years and really enjoy it! We are located on groans mill.
I go to Christ Church United Methodist on Research Forest near Cochran's Crossing. I LOVE it - looked all over the Woodlands when we first moved here (I was not a Methodist). I've heard Faith Community is a non-denominational Bible teaching church, but don't know anything about their Children/youth ministry. Our church has a wonderful children's ministry and the youth pastor and her assistant have made a HUGE difference in the lives of both of my children. There's a festival today - would give you a "feel" for who and what we are!!!! It's from 10 to 3 (I think). 6363 Research Forest.
I have several friends who attend The Celebration Church. I've been a few times and that would be my church is I lived in The Woodlands. Good luck finding the right one for you and your family!
Welcome! I live in Spring. On Kleinchurch Road, there is the Northwest Bible Church. There are a bunch of churches on that road. We are a member of Trinity Lutheran Church on Spring Cypress and Kleinchurch. The problem I have found is that most of the churches seem to be mega churches and I don't like that much. Northwest Bible doesn't appear to be as big as FOTW. You can PM me if you would like more information on the area.
