Hi,
I'm sorry that you have to deal with this condition. May I suggest Renew Intensive Skin Therapy? It comes with a 100% money back guarantee and a 20oz bottle is only $14.99.

There's a video on the website for you to look at.

If you have trouble accessing this, let me know. If you'd like to shop from the online catalog, let me know that too and I'll get you set up to do so.

Good morning M. J. I don't have psoriasis, but my sister does. So frustrating for her. My son has excema, and while I know they are not the same, kinda close, but a disturbing skin issue just the same. I am an Arbonne rep, and my son's excema has all but disappeared since starting him on Arbonne's botanically based products, and my sister has had huge improvements since starting them too! If you want, you can check out my site, www.kristenstemple.myarbonne.com and click on shop online to browse our catalog. Sign my guestbook with your email address, and I will send you a Skin Condition Fact Sheet that talks about psoriasis and the products that Arbonne recommends for it. I think I have some before and after's of products used on clients with psoriasis that I can send you too! Make sure you note that you are from mamasource so I know who you are!
Our skin is the only accessory that goes with us everywhere...wouldn't it be nice if it were perfect all the time! You will find relief...
Best of Luck to you and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
K.

What type, just on scalp or body, there is good products on the market that work for both. An old fashioned remedy is with olive oil, my great grandma used it to solve the rashes and I am 49 and still do that. I do use Neutragena for my scalp when it gets real bad, and the ovc creams for my back.

Hi, I have a really good lotion you can buy through a wellness company I work for. It is safe to use on any age and my sister uses it and it had rid almost all signs of psoriasis that she has suffered with her whole life. It also did the same foe my youngest babies eczema. (except on her hands--I still have to use a little hydrocortizone on them because it was so severe it would bleed). Let me know if you're interested.
Good luck,
S.

I have been dealing with severe eczema (and the doctor said it may have been some psoriasis also) since my daughter was born 14 months ago. I've had it so bad that I could barely use my right hand. The only thing that helped (and I tried everything) was getting a steriod shot at the dermatologist. It has cleared it up so far. I'm also still nursing. I talked to a lactation consultant and she said it would be fine to get the shot.
I want to mention that I tried all kinds of lotions, creams and topical medicines. Nothing worked. It was to the point where I was wearing gloves in the shower!

I've got psoriasis. I get it all over my scalp and behind my ears. It itches something horrible! I went to a dermatologist and she prescribed a medicated shampoo as well as an oil that I put on my head in the evenings and put a plastic cap on my head while I sleep. In the morning I take a shower and remove the oil. It has really helped me out. My only problem is that it likes to come back so I'm going to have to make sure that I always have the oil and shampoo handy. Go visit a dermatologist.

My cousin has psoriasis and she finds that when she tans at a tanning bed that it helps her psoriasis diminish. She was given this advice by her doctor years ago. She now lives in New Mexico and never has a problem.
I suppose with summer close you could do the tanning out side as well. But she liked the quickness of the tanning bed.

Hope this helps,
S.

I have had psoriasis for years on my scalp. I am now 8+ months pregnant and did not have ANY problems with it this winter. I have found that the cold usually worsens my symptoms....

My sister-in-law & father-in-law have it on their arms & legs. My sil doesn't even wear shorts in the summer b/c it's so bad (& rarely a short sleeve shirt). Ocean water really helps it, so she goes to FL once per year. Tanning beds help it too. I don't think she has found any lotions or medications that help, unfortunately.
