Opthamologist Needed

I am hoping someone may be able to recommend a good opthamologist for my 5 year-old son. He has a droopy eyelid and needs annual visits to monitor his vision. We reside in Sutton and I am willing to travel to the surrounding areas within a 20 minute drive (maybe more if you love your doctor!)

Thank you!

Dr. Bhan at 61 Lincoln St Suite #305 in Framingham is great with kids. She was at the same practice with Dr Hatch (mentioned in the comments here).

Dr. Stuart Weisman in Worcester, in a medical building at 25 Oak Street next to Memorial Hospital, is wonderful, very highly regarded, and also very funny. He really spends the time to think about what you need, and I like that. I also saw his colleage Dr. Jeffrey Gallo a couple of times and he is great and very nice as well. I've also heard that Dr. Blocker in Framingham is good and he was recommended by my pediatrician years ago. We went once but my son didn't need any further treatment so we never went back.

Someone already recommended Dr. Robert Gise in Worcester, but I thought I'd second that recommendation. My daughter was a preemie and had retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). He came to check her eyes (and the other preemies' eyes) while she was in the NICU and then he followed her progress for 3 or 4 years after that. He's at 210 Lincoln St. ###-###-####. Good luck!

My family has been seeing Dr. Gise in Worcester. We have been
seeing him since my youngest was born that was 10 years ago.
He is located on Lincoln Street ###-###-####. I am not sure if
he is taking new patients but it doesn't hurt to call.
Good Luck
