Hi C. - My husband is actually the city manager of Clarendon Hills and I asked him about this. They do not have a list of babysitters at the Village Hall, but he did suggest trying the Park District instead. You could also try some of the local churches in town, such as Notre Dame Catholic church and Community Presbyterian. Welcome to Clarendon Hills, and good luck with your search!

Also try your city/village hall. They might have a list of teenagers who would love to sit for you!

I second the vote for sittercity.com -- I use it all the time to find full time help and part time evening/weekend sitters. Everyone that has come has been great!

You can look on sittercity.com. You have to pay a one time fee or pay monthly. It is great. You can put in there exactly what you want and people will email you if they can do it. It is great because some have other parents reaction to the sitters on there.
