Hi again, Imogen! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE(!!!) Dr. Chandana Chatterjee of Kenneth Klebenow & Associates ###-###-####. Both she and her nurse practicianer, Nurse Thistle (who you'll see just as often) have wonderful bedside manners with both kids and mommies, are uncommonly knowledgable, and great communicators. Their philosophy also happens to be in line with my beliefs about medical treatment, so we're always right on the same page about how to proceed in any given situation. This is something you'll want to consider along with the recommendations.

Dr. Dan Beiderman is our pediatric dentist. Great guy, terrific office, highly recommend.

Pediatric Associates of Montgomery County is good. They have about 4 different offices. I really like Dr. Eugene Sussman. He's very down to earth and good with my girls. The number to their Silver Spring office is ###-###-####. You can also go to their website. I don't have the address but if you type the name into Google you'll find it.

My pediatric dentist is great. His name is Dr. James Goldsmith and he's located in Laurel. My daughter has some behavioral and emotional issues and her old dentist could never get her to do the x-rays and she would scream and cry the whole exam. This guy is great. The hygenists are wonderful and as soon as they see my daughter get nervous they give her a toy or activity to do. She actually now asks to go to the dentist because she thinks its fun. The number there is ###-###-#### OR ###-###-####. Good luck!

The doctors at Klebanow and Associates in Columbia have been great for years. I know of a lot of people who go there. Just ask to interview the doctor first. We see Dr. Anthony--tall, thin, older, wise, kids of his own.
Dentist: Look up Devin Shroff. He's in a group with offices off Rte. 40 in Ellicott City and Catonsville. I know him personally as I taught his daughter; very nice family. He's short too, so he doesn't tower over the kids!

I've hears raves about Klebanow & Assoc. Don't know the number though.

Med Peds in Laurel is also good, but I don't think they go to Howard County General Hospital (Klebanow does).
