I suggest Judy Ricard at Salon Avante in Milford. She really listens and gives you what YOU want. Plus she's very reasonable: $65 for cut and single-process colour. (I don't know what she charges for highlights.) Her number is ###-###-####

I highly recommend Laurie of The Bella Do Salon on Washington St. in Franklin MA. Phone # ###-###-####. Laurie is an excellent stylist and an expert on coloring and highlighting.
She's great with children too.
