I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of where to find reasonably priced solid maternity basic tees that aren't too thin or have too deep of neck lines. They used to have them at Motherhood Maternity and Old Navy, but this pregnancy I'm having a really hard time finding any. HELP!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

We don't have a Target here, but I have looked at their website. It seems like the solid tees are either too low cut or too thin (according to the reviews). But maybe I'll have to go to a Target somewhere else and try some on. I'm mostly just looking for a sold white tee to wear under maxi dresses or sleeveless shirts. Thanks for your replies!

I second Target! I love their maternity shirts.....so much so I still wear them and my youngest is 3. I love the length and they're fitted not pouffy.

Make them yourself. That way you do not have to depend on a store having them the way you like them.

Watch for sales at places like JC Penny's. You can also check out Craigslist. That's where I got my entire maternity wardrobe with my DD! :)

S.,
Im not sure but maybe you could shop those stores online.Sometimes they still have the "old faithful"comfy stuff you like, just not on the racks anymore. Also, consignment shops in your area might be worth a look too,you ll get more bang for your buck.Ohh....Target too, they sometimes have pretty fair priced items for maternity, especially since youre looking for basic solid tees.Good luck!!!!!

HMM> I never bought maternity ts. I just used regular ones with a maternity band or a maternity tank top underneath. I wasn't extremely huge up top or in the belly. I also found that the newer style of the long t-shirt and tank top are perfect for prego bellies. Check out what old navy has in the regular section of the store. . . I was also going to say Target, but see the dilema you have. buying on line for maternity is really iffy!

Seriously, hit the Goodwill, Salvation Army, and any other second hand stores in your area. They have lots of maternity clothes that are in perfect condition for like 3 bucks a top. GO now!

the motherhood store in the mall has great basic tees that are som comfortable. if you dont have on in your mall you can certainly buy them online. They are close to $10.

I loved Old Navy when I was pregnant. What's wrong with a little low cut? I loved looking cute and sexy when pregnant. Why not buy a smaller size and it should be tighter and your boobs shouldn't hang out. Gap Maternity is great too.

i found one maternity shirt i liked at kohls that was pretty cheap.. just a basic tshirt kinda thing with white n blue stripes.. however i consider myself lucky.. their maternity section is extremely small.. im 30 weeks n i havent bought anything from the maternity section except that shirt and a dress for my baby shower.. i just bought a few pairs of stretchy pants in large instead of the small i would usually wear and a bunch of really stretchy tank tops.. again in large instead of small.. and most of the time i just wear my fiances tshirts he doesnt wear much anymore.. so if u really cant find anything just try stuff on from the normal department u would shop in just go up a few sizes.. as long as the stuff is stretchy u cant tell that its not really supposed to be for a pregnant person
