My husband got a new job at CDH and we will be getting their insurance. I see that my daughter's pediatrician is also at CDH, but I'll be looking for new doctors for myself (OB/GYN as well as family medicine or internist). I would prefer a female doctor. If you have one that you recommend, please let me know. Thanks!
I highly recommend Female Healthcare. I've been going to that practice for over eight years, and I love them. There are both male and female doctors, but everyone I've seen has been very personable. Dr. Thomas is great (and female). I've never had trouble getting in to see my doctor, and the nursing staff is wonderful.
I delivered my daughter at CDH , my ob/gyn was Maryanne Phillipe. she is good!

I use the doctor's at CDH and love them. They are part of the DuPage Medical Group. I see Dr. Hurst and like him a lot. I know there are female doc's inthe practice, I just have not seen them yet. My friend uses them too and she has seen the female doc's and liked them. The office I go to is in Bloomingdale right by Stratford. I can't seem to find the # right now but I hope this is enough information for you to find useful. Good luck. For my OBGYN I also use doc's as part of the DuPAge Med group. They are by Stratford too but on the other side of the mall. I mainly Dr. Seigel but also saw Dr. Bernardo and she was really good.
Female Health Care. I go to Dr. Binette (male) but everyone I know who goes there likes their doctor and nurses. There are several women at this practice as well.
