I am getting ready to quit my job to be a stay at home mom but I need to find some income, about $500 a month. Does anyone know of any ligitimate work from home jobs? I know there are so many scams out there. I have a newborn so it couldn't be anything where I need to be on the phone with people. Any suggestions?

im selling on ebay. Selling avon woud be good too. One of the girls in here can hook you up with arbonne. You don't just have to do one you can do more than one. About.com is looking for people to run forums too that is about the pay they give.

If you can get out in the evenings, maybe once or twice a week, Premier designs jewelry is a very good company to work for. They give you 50% of sales and the party hostess benefits are great which makes it easier to get people to host.
good luck

There are a ton of things that you can do online to earn cash from home. Check out my website at makemoneyonline.tonoftips.net It lists a few ways to earn cash at home.

If you are good at writing check out DemandStudios, Wordgigs, or Textbroker.
Check into KGB.com or ChaCha.com they don't require phone use.

Check out www.treasuretrooper.com/minella to earn extra cash. Last month I made 58$ working there.

Also check out the forum at workplacelikehome.com. They have great leads for work at home jobs and have a whole thread for non-phone jobs.

I am currently taking a Medical Billing course at my local college. The average pay is about $10-12/hr, and this is something you could do from home. The next step if you wanted to make more money would be medical coding. Thie requires certification, but you could earn about $15-20/hr.

Good luck.

Angela, I actually have a daytime job...for now and will eventually make this a full time position. What I am doing now is using my computer a lot and I am making some calls but you can do this in the evening or when the baby is asleep. You basically work when you can and fit it into your schedule. Work at Home United provides you an opportunity to earn supplemental or replacement income (and it is residual as well!!) while working from home....NO selling, NO stocking, NO shipping, and NO parties. No cold calls and there is no financial investment like most other work from home opportunities and is 100% risk free! This is NOT like Mary Kay or Avon and IS NOT MLM!!! We are a Consumer Direct Marketing company where we set up accounts for customers and Melaleuca pays us do so. We have been around since 1985, won numerous awards, is very prosperous and growing daily and it is BACKED by the BBB!! You will receive a FREE website and FREE training!
Visit www.WorkAtHomeUnited.com/H. to request information if you would like to learn more or give me a call at ###-###-#### to schedule an overview call so you can get all the info up front to decide if this will be a good fit for you.

Hi Angela,

Congratulations on being able to make the choice to stay home with your little one. They grow so quickly so you will never regret your choice. I actually work from home with my own business and have been doing so since my little one was 9 months old and I have 3 other children as well. I do this business with my phone and my computer and it does work out very well. The nice thing is that it's your business so you can work it around your schedule that you have with your little one. Work more during naptime, etc. Again, it is a business but it's nothing hard to do so if you'd like to get more information, go to my website at http://www.MomsHelpingOthers.com and fill out the Get More Info page and then I can give you a call and give you more information. No pressure, I'll just give you some information and see if it's something you might want to learn more about and then we can set up a time to do about a 30 minute webcast.

Let me know if you'd like to hear more and I wish you luck with whatever you decide to do. Have a GREAT day.

L.

Here are two things you can try your hand at :) If you have a crafty side, you can make things and sell them on a site called etsy.com. Check it out.
You can also try something like selling Avon. It costs 10 dollars to start, and you are not required to keep an inventory at your home. I am whats called an eRepresentative which means I have my own personal site that people can order from. I have just started 2 weeks ago, and have made plenty of sales and spent NO TIME on the phone. All I had to do was distribute catalogs around and thats how I got my name out there. PM me if you have questions about it. This is my site :

Another thing to mention if you don't already know about this, is to register on your babys formula brand website and they will send you formula checks. Good start sent me coupons every month and they ranged from 3.00-15.00 off a can of formula! Those were awesome. Of course, I nursed my daughter, but we always kept a little formula on hand just in case we needed it. Also, look into couponing in general, you may be surprised how much money can be saved by couponing. Best of luck to you, let us know what you decide to do!

Nope. just be very wary of scammers. Also be wary of the MLM's because most have you investing, recuiting new people and making money for whomever signed you up.

I have a friend who signed up with a MLM company thinking it would work wonders for her....she lost money and friends.
