Hi Ladies,

I've been asked to demonstrate a holiday recipe at a Health Seminar. I'm just looking to see if you have any personal experience with holiday recipes that are easy (since I have to demonstrate it) and healthy...preferably vegan. Other than that, it can be any kind of recipe. Thanks for your thoughts.

What can I do next?

I love this one and so do my kids!
The name is completely fitting!
"Brussels Sprouts for people who think they hate brussels sprouts"
It is very quick and easy(about 12-15 minutes from start to finish).
Here are the things I do differently, I don't usually get freshly grated parmesan cheese, I use the powder stuff because I always have it and it works great. Also, I cook the sprouts for a bit longer, until I can stab them with a fork but before they start to fall apart(probably about 7-8 minutes). Use a garlic press too, it's much faster then mincing it unless you buy it all ready minced.
Let me know if you use it and what people think!!

I really love some of the recipes I get from my magazine 'Natural Solutions'. One of them "Savory Chicken Rub" is really yummy and I felt was very health conscious.

(You will see the nutritional information at the bottom!)

I am not one that enjoys Turkey or Ham... I know, I sound pretty weird! But these usually taste strange to me. The Savory Chicken Rub could probably be adapted to Turkey easy enough. But we made this for a family gathering, and everyone RAVED! My MIL actually wanted the recipe (usually she's just after my dessert recipes! LOL!)!

You could also search the above link for any other dish you wish to prepare as this website is about Healthy Living and Wellness.

Good Luck and Happy Thanksgiving in advance! :)

Look for Weight Watchers recipes...I always fall back on those when I feel uninspired! Super yummy and well balanced!
